About Caara

These integrative healing services have been in existence for thousands of years and are now becoming more accepted in our society.

Caara has been studying and exploring Natural Healing and Alternative Therapies since 1990. She is a certified by the Natural Therapies Certification Board and recognized as a Certified Vibrational Sound Coach and Practitioner. She uses primarily tuning forks and studied with Soma Energetics using the various techniques but also incorporates her training done with Bradely Nelson’s Emotion code.

Certified Reiki Practitioner 1 and 2, Certified Massage Therapist, and Tantra Educator. She has done various workshops like Vagus Nerve Activation, Crystal Enlightenment, Donna Eden’s Energy Medicine and many others alike.

She also is a Life Coach certified through CEI (Coaching Excellence Institute)

She is committed to helping people find wholeness and creating unique sessions for each individual.

Spiritual counseling and Energy clearing

Through loving and non- judgmental listening and communication Caara assists one in becoming more aware of thought patterns, behaviors and energetic structures that may be limiting or hindering one from reaching their full potential. Each session is specifically tailored towards the individual and may consist of various healing modalities which involve working off the body, on the body, coaching, and bathing one in divine light and love. Caara also incorporates the healing powers of sound, through voice (hers and yours) and various instruments primarily tuning forks and other worldly instruments. One will experience deep relaxation and rejuvenation and a deeper sense of comfort within oneself.
